Product Uses
Ceramic fake eggs for farm use are mainly used in scenarios such as inducing hens to brood, guiding nesting by occupying egg nests, and assisting chick hatching.
They need to have core characteristics of wear resistance, collision resistance, and shape consistent with real eggs. On the basis of traditional ceramic product technology,
their production process enhances durability and standardized control, and each process is optimized around the actual farm use scenarios. The following will detail the
complete production process from raw material preparation to finished product delivery.

Step 1:Molding Process
- Select two-piece gypsum molds specially for eggs, dry them to a water content ≤5%, and evenly brush a ceramic-specific release agent on the inner surface to
prevent the blank from adhering to the mold.
- Inject the aged slurry into the mold at a pressure of 0.2-0.3MPa through a slip casting machine, let it stand for slurry absorption for 15-20 minutes, and form a
uniform blank wall of 2-3mm thick on the inner wall of the mold.
- When the blank reaches a hard plastic state (no depression when pressed lightly), break the mold gently to complete demolding;At this point, a small hole will
appear at the bottom of the egg.

Step 2: Trimming & drilling
Place the mold in a ventilated area for 24 hours to allow the blank to dry and harden naturally. After drying, carefully open the mold and remove the blank. Drill a hole
in the top of the egg, and use fine sandpaper to finely sand the edges and ends of the blank to remove burrs. At the same time, correct the shape to ensure that each
fake egg is the same size and shape as the real egg.

Step 3: High-Temperature Firing
The ceramic blanks are neatly arranged on the kiln furniture and baked at a high temperature of 1200℃ for 24 hours. One kiln can hold 50,000 eggs.

Step 4: Glazing Process
The core goal of the glazing process is to improve the wear resistance, dirt resistance and corrosion resistance of ceramic fake eggs for farm use (adapting to complex
farm environments such as feces and sewage), and at the same time make the appearance close to real eggs.

Step 5: Package & Sales channels used
This product is typically packaged in pairs. The packaging consists of a plastic blister pack and a cardboard card.
